One-Touch Outreach gives users full control over their outreach process by allowing them to hand-pick contacts and manually complete each step. It’s perfect when a personalized, high-touch approach is needed.
Hand-pick contacts and manually send them through a simple outreach flow.
Ideal for users who prefer full control over each step.
The user is responsible for completing each action—whether it's an email, LinkedIn connection request, or InMail.
Follow these steps to create and launch a One-Touch Outreach in AIDA:
Click on AIDA from the left-hand panel.
Click New Outreach in the top-right corner.
Select One-Touch Outreach as the type.
Name your outreach.
Select your outreach audience.
Add or edit the pain point and value proposition.
Select one or more intent topics to align with your outreach goals.
Helps refine and target your ideal audience.
Use filters (like company, title, intent, etc.) to search for relevant contacts.
Select individual contacts to include in your outreach.
Review the list of selected contacts.
Optionally add more contacts manually or upload via CSV.
Select contacts using checkboxes.
Activate selected contacts by confirming with:
LinkedIn Connection
InMail
Once activated, contacts move from Draft to Activated status, and the first message is sent—marking the start of the outreach journey.
After the initial action, users can initiate and manage follow-up tasks manually.
Allows complete customization at each step based on the response or interaction.
One-Touch Outreach includes built-in performance tracking to help you monitor success both at a high level and per outreach.
When a user visits AIDA’s Outreach Dashboard, they see a summary of:
Emails Sent / Responded
LinkedIn Messages Sent / Responded
This gives users a snapshot of platform-wide engagement.
Clicking on any individual outreach opens its dedicated Performance Overview, showing:
Number of emails sent and how many were responded.
LinkedIn messages sent and corresponding response stats.
This helps users assess effectiveness, iterate messaging, and focus efforts where needed.
