Users input specific Pain Points and Value Propositions that are relevant to their target audience. These elements are essential for generating highly personalized, AI-powered outreach content.

Prompt Template

Offers the capability to generate both AI-based and non-AI-based Email templates. Users can also create LinkedIn message templates for use in outreach workflows. These templates ensure consistency and efficiency while allowing for tailored communication.

Settings

The Settings section includes integration management and contact suppression features to enhance targeting efficiency.

Connections

The Connections section allows users to link their email and LinkedIn accounts, facilitating automated outreach through both channels. Email integration enables users to connect their business email accounts, which are then used to send outreach emails directly to contacts. LinkedIn integration allows users to connect their LinkedIn accounts, and the platform utilizes this connection to automate connection requests, LinkedIn messages, and InMails.

Suppression List

Users can create custom suppression lists using filters. Contacts that meet the criteria specified in these lists are excluded from targeting and communication, helping to prevent outreach to unwanted contacts.

Outreach

The Outreach section serves as the core engagement engine of AIDA, featuring two modes: One-Touch Outreach and Multi-Touch Sequence.

One-Touch Outreach

The One-Touch Outreach section allows users to execute direct, manual outreach campaigns by guiding them through a structured process. Users can select their target audience, define pain points and value propositions, choose relevant intent topics, and filter contacts. They can then create and send personalized emails or LinkedIn messages using either manual input or AI-generated content, all of which is tracked through timelines.

Multi-Touch Sequence

The Multi-Touch Sequence section allows users to create automated, sequenced communication flows. It features intent-based contact selection, AI-generated messaging, and customizable steps such as actions, decisions, and waits. Users can establish logic-based branching based on recipient engagement and schedule outreach volumes, enabling highly personalized and scalable campaigns across email and LinkedIn while retaining complete control over timing and frequency.
