Campaign Validation

Before activating a campaign, the system performs a validation check:

  • When the user selects the required steps and clicks Save, the system verifies the configuration of each step.

  • If any step is missing required settings or has configuration issues, an error message will be displayed under Validation.

  • Users must review and fix these issues before proceeding.

  • Once all configurations are correct, the Activate button becomes enabled.

  • Clicking Activate will launch the campaign.

Ensuring proper validation helps prevent errors and ensures a smooth campaign execution.

By following these steps, users can effectively track contacts, manage errors, and validate campaign configurations to optimize campaign performance.
