Overview
The AudienzReveal Leads List feature allows you to convert website visitors into leads and organize them into dedicated lead lists. This helps you easily track, manage, and follow up with visitors who show interest in your website.
This document focuses exclusively on how leads lists work within the AudienzReveal module.
1. Saving Website Visitors as Leads
When you are in the Web Visitors section, Audienz.ai automatically applies the Visited Website filter so that only visitors detected by the tracking pixel are shown.
To save any web visitor as a lead:
Let the web visitor records fully load.
Select the visitor you want to save.
Click Save as Lead.
Once selected, the system will prompt you to choose where you want to save the lead.
2. Adding Web Visitors to a Lead List
After clicking Save as Lead, you will see two options:
Option A: Add to an Existing Lead List
Select one of your existing lead lists from the dropdown.
The visitor will be added to that list immediately.
This is helpful when you already have organized segments or outreach lists.
Option B: Create a New Lead List
If you want to create a new list specifically for this visitor or group of visitors:
Choose New List.
Enter a List Name.
Save the lead.
A new lead list will be created and the selected visitor will be added to it.
3. Accessing Saved Lead Lists
After saving the visitor:
Go to the Lead Lists tab.
Locate the newly created or updated list.
Open the list to view all leads added from the Web Visitors section.
You will see the visitor data stored in the list exactly as saved.
This helps you monitor website visitor leads outside the Web Visitors page, making them easier to include in outreach or segmentation workflows.A new lead list will be created and the selected visitor will be added to it.
Choose one of the export options:
Export → CSV by Email
Sends a CSV file of visitors to your registered email address.
Export → Smart Lead
Sends selected visitors to the Smart Lead.
Export →AudienzAds
Adds visitors to an existing ad campaign for retargeting or audience building.
Export → Instantly
Sends selected visitors to the Instantly.
Export → AWS S3
Sends selected visitors to the AWS S3.
Depending on the export type, configure the following:
Frequency (one time or daily)
Scope (all contacts, valid business, or valid personal)
Email address (for CSV only)
Smart Lead connection (for Smart Lead)
Instantly connection
AWS S3 Account
Campaign selection and daily contact limit (for Ad Campaign)
Once all selections are made:
Click Confirm Export
The system will process the export based on your configured frequency and target destination.
