Saving Leads into a List
Introduction
This guide explains how to save leads into a new or existing list in Audienz.ai. By following these steps, you can efficiently organize and manage your contacts.
Steps to Save Leads
Step 1: Navigate to Contacts & Apply Filters
Go to the Contacts section.
Apply the necessary filters to search.
Click Apply Filters to display relevant contacts.
Step 2: Save a Contact as a Lead
Choose a contact from the filtered results.
Click Save as Lead.
Select whether to add the contact to a new list or an existing list.
Step 3: Add Contact to a New List
To create a new list, enter a name for the list.
Click Save Lead to add the contact.
Step 4: Add Multiple Contacts to a List
Select multiple contacts using the checkboxes.
Click Save as Lead.
Choose to add them to a new list or an existing list.
Step 5: View Saved Contacts in the List
Navigate to the Lists section.
Click on Contacts under Lists.
Go to All Lists and select the desired list.
Click on the recently created list to view all added contacts.
All the contacts are seen in the newly created list.
Important Note:
Any unrevealed contacts will be automatically unmasked when added to a list.
