Save Searches for Contacts
Using the Save Search Option
Introduction
This guide explains how to save, access, and manage saved searches in Audienz.ai for quick and efficient filtering.
Steps to Use Saved Search
Step 1: Navigate to Contacts & Apply Filters
Go to Contacts under the Discover section.
Apply your preferred filters.
Click Apply Filters to search and wait for the results to load.
Step 2: Save the Search Filters
Click the Save button in the filter section.
Enter a name for the Saved Search.
Click Save to store your filters for future use.
Step 3: Access Saved Searches
Click on Saved Searches in the filter section.
A list of all previously saved searches will be displayed.
Step 4: Load Saved Filters
Clear all active filters.
Navigate to Saved Search and select a previously saved search.
The filters will be automatically reloaded.
Step 5: Toggle Privacy Settings
Click the Lock icon to adjust privacy settings.
Public Mode: Other users in your organization can view the saved search.
Private Mode: Only you can view and access the saved search.
By following these steps, you can save, access, and manage searches in Audienz.ai.
