Discovering Contacts Using Intent Topics
This guide outlines how to utilize Intent Topics to discover contacts and reveal their details within Audienz.ai.
Step 1: Access Contacts
Navigate to the Discover section.
Click on Contacts.
Step 2: Select Intent Topics
Click on My Intent Topics to view available topics.
Note: Intent Topics can be added from the Intent Topic section under Discover. Once added, they will appear under the Intent section in Contacts.
Select the desired topics.
if selected multiple topics, 'And' and 'Or' options are enabled.
choose 'And' (contacts matching all topics)
choose 'Or' (contacts matching any topic).
Step 3: Apply Additional Filters
Set the Intent Strength filter to High or Medium as needed.
To sort contacts by recent intent signals:
Go to the Order By section within Filters.
Select Intent Date from the dropdown.
Add other filters, such as Company Revenue.
Click on Apply Filters and wait for the results to load.
Step 4: Reveal Contact Details
Choose a contact and click on the contact card to view details.
Click on the Reveal Details button to unmask the contact information.
Note: Each contact reveal consumes 4 credits.
Step 5: Reveal Multiple Contacts
Return to the Results section.
Select multiple contacts using the checkbox option or click on the top checkbox to select all contacts on the page.
Click on Reveal Details to unmask information for the selected contacts.
By following these steps, you can effectively search for contacts using Intent Topics and reveal their details within Audienz.ai.
