How to Add Contacts from a Company's List to Your Contact List and a Campaign

This guide will walk you through the process of adding contacts from a company's list to your contact list and a campaign. Follow the steps below to efficiently manage and organize your contacts.

Adding Contacts to Your Contact List

Step 1: Navigate to the Leads Companies List

Go to the Leads → Companies section.

Step 2: Click on "All"

Clicking on "All" will load all the companies from the leads list.

Step 3: Select a Specific Company List

If you want to filter the companies displayed, click on "Select a List" and choose a specific company list from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can locate the company from which you want to extract contacts directly.

Step 4: Select a Company

Choose the company whose contacts you want to add. For example, if you are selecting "Dev Color," click on its name.

Step 5: Add Contacts to Your Contact List One by One

On the far-right side of the screen, locate the icon for adding a contact and click on it. This action will save the contact as a lead. If necessary, repeat this process for multiple contacts.

Step 6: Add Multiple Contacts at Once

If you want to add multiple contacts simultaneously:

  • Click on "View All."

  • This action redirects you to the contacts tab, where a filter is applied based on the company's domain, loading all available contacts.

Step 7: Select Contacts

Check the box next to each contact you want to add to your list.


Step 8: Save the Selected Contacts

Click on "Save as lead" to add the chosen contacts to an existing list.

Step 9: Add Contacts to a New List

If you prefer to create a new list for these contacts:

  • Click on "Add to New List."

  • Enter the new list name.

  • Click "Save."

Now, all selected leads from the chosen company are saved in the new list.

Step 10: Select the Specific Company

Click on the company name to open its details page.

Step 11: View Contacts Related to the Company

Under the Contacts section, you can see all the contacts associated with that company.

On the right-hand side, you will see options to "Add to Campaign."

Step 14: Choose an Active Campaign Name

Select the contact you want to add and choose the relevant Active Campaign name from the available list.

  • Choose the appropriate campaign from the list.

  • Select the step within the campaign where the contact should be placed.

Click on "Save" to finalize the action. The contact is now added to the specified campaign.
