This guide will walk you through the process of adding contacts from a company's list to your contact list and a campaign. Follow the steps below to efficiently manage and organize your contacts.
Go to the Leads → Companies section.
Clicking on "All" will load all the companies from the leads list.
If you want to filter the companies displayed, click on "Select a List" and choose a specific company list from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can locate the company from which you want to extract contacts directly.
Choose the company whose contacts you want to add. For example, if you are selecting "Dev Color," click on its name.
On the far-right side of the screen, locate the icon for adding a contact and click on it. This action will save the contact as a lead. If necessary, repeat this process for multiple contacts.
If you want to add multiple contacts simultaneously:
Click on "View All."
This action redirects you to the contacts tab, where a filter is applied based on the company's domain, loading all available contacts.
Check the box next to each contact you want to add to your list.
Click on "Save as lead" to add the chosen contacts to an existing list.
If you prefer to create a new list for these contacts:
Click on "Add to New List."
Enter the new list name.
Click "Save."
Now, all selected leads from the chosen company are saved in the new list.
Click on the company name to open its details page.
Under the Contacts section, you can see all the contacts associated with that company.
On the right-hand side, you will see options to "Add to Campaign."
Select the contact you want to add and choose the relevant Active Campaign name from the available list.
Choose the appropriate campaign from the list.
Select the step within the campaign where the contact should be placed.
Click on "Save" to finalize the action. The contact is now added to the specified campaign.
